About Justin
I am a Creative Director with nearly two decades of experience in design, leadership, and visual systems development, specializing in municipal and industrial environments.
My background spans brand development, visual communication, and operational design, with extensive experience leading creative teams, establishing standards, and building repeatable systems that support scale and consistency. I have worked across downtown revitalization initiatives, industrial services, HVAC companies, and large scale production environments, where design decisions must function reliably within real world constraints.
In addition to hands on design work, I have spent years in leadership roles overseeing creative operations, mentoring designers, and aligning visual output with business and organizational objectives. This experience has shaped my approach to creative direction as a discipline rooted in clarity, accountability, and long term value rather than surface level aesthetics.
I approach design as a strategic tool that supports decision making, reduces friction, and improves understanding across teams and stakeholders. Every system I build is intended to be durable, adaptable, and easy to maintain, particularly in environments where trust, safety, and consistency matter.
My work reflects a belief that strong design is not decorative. It is infrastructural. It exists to support people, processes, and the organizations that serve the public.
